Siphon Luxury – Return & Refund Policy

At Siphon Luxury, every product is carefully sourced and quality-checked before dispatch. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a structured return process under the terms mentioned below.

Legal Entity & Brand Ownership

Siphon Luxury is a brand owned and operated by Radianrarity Ventures (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”).

All products sold under the brand name Siphon Luxury are marketed, invoiced, and fulfilled by Radianrarity Ventures.

Any reference to “Siphon Luxury” within these Terms & Conditions shall be deemed to refer to Radianrarity Ventures, its owners, representatives, employees, and authorized affiliates.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only within 7 days of product delivery.

  • The product must be:

    • Unused, unworn, and unaltered

    • In original condition with original packaging, tags, dust bags, and accessories intact

  • Any signs of usage, damage, stains, or missing components will make the return ineligible.

2. Return Request Process

  • To initiate a return, the customer must contact Siphon Luxury Support within 7 days of delivery.

  • Once the return request is approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged by Siphon Luxury.

3. Pickup & Inspection

  • The return pickup will be scheduled at the customer’s provided address.

  • After the product is picked up, it undergoes a quality and authenticity inspection at our facility.

  • This inspection process may take up to 7 working days from the date of pickup.

4. Refund Timeline

  • Upon successful inspection and approval:

    • The refund will be processed within 7 working days.

    • The amount will be credited only to the original bank account / payment source used at the time of purchase.

  • No refunds will be made to third-party accounts.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Products received without original packaging or missing components

6. Final Authority

  • Siphon Luxury reserves the sole right to approve or reject any return request after a thorough inspection of the product. Customers will be informed of the decision along with video evidence of the inspection, and may be requested to provide clarification, if required, before a final resolution is reached.
